"Was passing through Appleton City, and my E-350 van wasn't running right and losing power. Went to the service department where they were able to get to my vehicle in a short time. In a little over an hour, the service department found the problem and corrected it. Turned out my 5.4 Triton engine was only running on 6 of the 8 cylinders due to faulty coil packs. No more hesitation and really slowing down on upgrades. Very pleased."

"We hate buying new vehicles due to the whole process of dealing with sales and finance manager. That said, this was the best vehicle buying experience we've ever had. Our salesman was totally no-pressure, answered all our questions, and was the most easy going salesman we've dealt with before. My wife mentioned that he's not a salesman, he's just a dude and how refreshing it was to deal with a guy wearing blue jeans and not the typical salesman apparel of slacks and pullover.
The paperwork at the end took five minutes at the most and there was no high pressure to buy an extended warranty, etc. We knew it was available if we wanted it but it wasn't pushed on us. He too wasn't some slickster, but a typical blue jean wearing guy's guy. The vehicle price was fair from a book value from the start so there wasn't a lot of need to dicker back and forth. There's just something to be said about dealing with a small town/rural business. We'll never buy from a big city dealership again. Thank you so much for the good experience. By the way...love the F-150."

"Just wanted to give a quick 'Thank You' to the technician in the service department. Almost noon on a Saturday and the FedEx truck I was driving had a tire leaking and I just tried my luck since I could not find anywhere open and the local gas stations air pump let more air out of the tire instead of putting any in. Even with the service dept closed on the weekend the technician did not hesitate to change the tire out for the spare that was in the truck and had me back on the road fairly quickly."

"There are no words to explain how grateful I am to the people at Zink. I was at a loss when I hit the animal on June 5th it devastated me. I tried every mechanic around and most either had a 3+ week wait or wouldn't even look at my car. I had gotten a previous quote to the damages and was given an outrageous price and a wrong quote, my last resort was Zink. They got me in within a week and fixed my car in a day and gave me amazing customer service along with a great price!!!! And went above and beyond to zip tie my front bumper back together. I've never had a better experience, I will be coming back in the future love love love these people. THANK YOU!!!!"

"Best place I've ever purchased a vehicle from. Our sales agent was super helpful and patient in the process of helping me to finalize the deal. Totally no pressure to purchase and they treated us like family. Both the sales agent and the owner stayed an hour late on a Saturday (it was holiday weekend too!) to make sure I was able to leave with my vehicle instead of having to make another trip from Joplin!
